The owner is very rude and dismissive. They use cheap glue and tips. The shape of the nails was off and length too, when I tried to complain the owner couldn’t have any care in the world. The nails literally started falling off on the 11th day. Saying I was disappointed is an understatement.

Poor customer service. I went to do my lashes on the 30 October only to realise my lashes were done by an inexperienced lash tech. I contacted the owner and told her my experience , she said she was sorry and would give me a call the ffg day .I reminded her the following day that I did not receive the call and she said she will call me the next day on the 1/11/2021. When she called on the 2/11 I informed her I missed the call,yet she did not respond to my messages. I even tried to call her again the next day she declined my call. I requested a full refund due to the damage caused to my eyes and asked to see the certificates , which I did not get to date. It was my first experience here and I can say it was terrible. Thick glue used, which were stuck to my eyelids. Worst experience ever !!!!!!!

Worst customer service. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. She also scolds her staff in the presence of customers. She times her nail techs and if they take longer then her estimated time on a customer, the customer suffers as their treatments are left incomplete. She takes days to respond to booking appointments and when she does she demands a deposit. She runs promotions everyday but deposits are based on the original prices. The owner then lies to say there are promotions yet you can view them on her various social media accounts . I whole heartedly support small businesses but the owner of this salon makes it difficult for people like me to support small businesses. Rather pay the extra and visit a reputable salon.

Owner had no remorse at all towards her customers, I arrived early and still had to wait, her workers are unprofessional and have no experience, they not qualified and do a terrible job, do not waste your money !!They advertise a certain brand of products and use cheap quality stuff, you arrive for the special and they keep on adding extra prices to that value, the keener does not listen to her customer and only interested in her benefit, it was such a horrible experience I would never suggest anyone to go there, instead of correcting the mistakes of her workers herself she acts like it’s your fault, I am disgusted !!Worst salon everCleanliness is so bad, the nail tech was coughing and spitting on my hands whilst speaking, use the same brush to wipe her hands and then wipe man, no covid protocols followed, I absolutely hated my experience!!!

I got to my appointment on time and had to deal with a very unpleasant receptionist. Utterly disrespectful and rude. On observation she is unapologetic and has lack of acknowledgment! She posts specials only she understands and is very dismissive of her clients concerns! She must work on her customer care or that salon will fail! There are many salons in Durban with better treatment!!!! Her attitude is both unprofessional & pathetic.

Took 2 days for a response from owner to make an appointment. She messaged me at 5AM to come in at 9AM .. fine.. as soon as I woke up I saw the message and told her it was very last minute but I'll try my best to be there at 9am, if not, latest 9.30 since she gave me this last minute booking. I arrived at 8.50am and waited outside until they opened the door at 9. Surprise surprise, there was a queue of ladies behind me (around 20 ladies) all claiming their appointments are also at 9am. We all rush in once the doors are open, she starts picking and choosing who she will let in, and who she will refund, she then proceeds to tell me that she can only take me in at 11am. So, I refused to wait 2 hours for an appointment that she gave me last minute, and apparently promised to 20 other people. Instead of being remorseful she told me I could leave. Pathetic behaviour from the owner. You have no concern for other people's time and petrol. You are so unprofessional, it's a pity I didn't see these reviews here before I went. Wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. Disgusting!

Most unprofessional business owner and pathetic customer service.Don't waste your time and money on this place.The owner takes days to respond to messages and doesn't take calls. She never puts customer satisfaction first. The nail techs are rude just like the owner and rush just to get the job done as quick as possible.
