A really horrible experience. Service practically non existent, and the owner nowhere to be seen! Happyness is expected to cook, run the bar, check guests in and monitor the gate after the reception closes. Physically impossible for one person to do all of that!!!! The beers were warm, there was no white wine available, and the meal was awful.Breakfast was very good... nicely prepared by Happyness.A ship is as good as it's captain.... and there was no captain in sight

I don't know what happened cause I had network and I was receiving calls as we had ongoing function and my emails were working just fine. With regards the bookings I wasn't the one booking which is why there was a communication breakdown so in future I'll make sure everything is clear. Reason why I'm complaining is because i have some items which are not in my bag as I left in a hurry Saturday morning I couldn't pack properly all my belongings

Rooms are smaller than the norm, but cozy and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Please improve on the cutlery in the rooms, besides it's a perfect place to visit and easily accessible with close by retail outlets. I love their privacy policy and rules for fellow neighbor's respect

My husband and I visited this lovely place for one night, and we could not have been more impressed with the stellar service from the staff. The food was delightful, the area very clean. Overall great experience, we’d definitely recommend and revisit again!

Location is good, close to the Melmoth shops. The rooms are ok. My drain was blocked a few times. Food is just ok. Service is so and so

We had a tyre puncture near melmoth so we had to look for a place to sleep as we couldn't proceed with our trip, Googled near by guest house found this amazing place we arrived there just 7 Min of calling but the service we got there wasAmazing Buyi you are just the best she went out of her way for us she made sure all the 3 rooms had everything we needed and the breakfast was yummy the place as a good value for money will recommend it 200 times the ladies I was with couldn't stop talking about it thank you to all especially Buyi
