BodyTec offers incredible personal training using EMS. I have seen results after only 1 months of weekly sessions. The studio has a great vibe and friendly, experienced trainers. Would definitely recommended Bodytec, Blomfontein, to anyone who is trying to tone, lose weight or has sports injuries.

if you havent tried it yet - do so asap. Safe, easy, only 20min. I have noticed great results in a short time. Great to work out those stubourn muscle spasms too. Friendly, knowledgeable trainers.
