This shop sells out of date software that requires you to update 2GB over the internet! Manager Jay is very rude and full of himself! Also found some porn Icons in one of the trash cans of one of the laptops they reset for my company! I will be contacting their head office!!

I bought a set of speakers from the store in Centurion mall and had to return it due to one of the speakers not working. Since it was a Saturday I was told it would be sent in and will be called on Monday to confirm return date. I eventually phoned on Wednesday to check up and was told that it is in process"... Phoned again on Friday and was told once again it was "in process". When I asked how long it takes I was told "it could take a week or a month". Following that information I asked that they phone to check on the repairs but was told that "that is not how it works

I am extremely disappointed in the young men working at this outlet of Computer Mania, for they do not show pride in what they do. Two weeks back I took my Dell lap top there to have a screen and battery ordered. Jay took down all my details and promised I would get a call with a quote.Yesterday I walked into the shop to find out what is happening. Jay looked around and scratched in different little note books, did not find the notes he took on the day I was with him. He has yet to apologise - not giving excuses.I live opposite the Irene Village mall and it is very convenient to walk over for my computer stuff. However, unless I get a call from the Owner/Manager of this outlet to resolve the issue, I will be spending my money somewhere else.

Christopher helped me to transfer data from an old laptop to a new one. He was thoughtful, helpful, caring, knowledgeable and a perfect gentleman. What an asset to have someone of that calibre working in our branch. Chris I can't thank you enough.

Very happy customer, they have some hard-to-find items right there in store! Found a usb sound card and now old laptop is working great again!! Thanks to the guys at Irene village mall, I will be back for some more stuff soon...

Don't buy things here recently I bought a graphics card that stopped working after about 6 months. Thay took my computer in and installed the graphics card along with other parts I bought after that is was fine for about 2 days then the pc stopped working so i took in it in again it toook them 2 weeks to find the problem wich was a faulty wire thay had installed for wich I had to pay for AGAIN. I got my PC back then it worked fine for about 4 months and now it started to give kak again.Seriously take your business elsewere it's not worth the hassle to shop here !!!!
