Very disappointing customer service from internal sales.

At first I didn't write a review as I still believed i'd get a quote.After being in communication with their Cape Town Team for 2 weeks to no avail I decided to drive to there outlet in Cape Town. Where I got a details of someone that can help. He seemed capable and really nice. I was asked to message him with specifications after doing so i never received a response. After which I messaged again and was asked for the specifications again. By now 3 weeks have passed. I was called and told to be patient, as the factory will supply them with the quote. 2 weeks after that NOW 5 weeks have past and I eventually had to message them saying that they could leave the quote. I never thought it could be so challenging to do business and give a company money.Will definitely NOT recommend.
