Poor customer service,they take long to serve meal and food is not nice. The staff lack customer service big time. A Waiter who served us didn't know somuch about the menu. It was a mess. I think the place can improve if it can be managed well and have a good chef

Absolutely shocking breakfast poorly presented, waitresses nowhere to be found to assist. Flies roaming, Food uncovered. Dinner at The Beef Baron was disappointing, we requested meals of the menu and they kept saying they didn’t have the things we wanted. Noisy Hotel, no Wi-Fi access in rooms. Manager Sihle and team , please do better to your patrons who book at your Peermont Metcourt Hotel, The Beef Baron at Umfolozi. Please up your game. Your doors are better off closed. Honestly for a hospitality group in 2023 , this is pathetic! Below is a pic of their amazing cheese plate.
