I read the reviews before approaching them and trusted the reviews. However the service I received was disgusting to say the least. I had been communicating with Vich for my Hyundai parts. He sent diagrams of the parts I ordered. I have WhatsApp messages clearly conveying my doubts in the diagrams he sent me of the parts. Vich kept telling me the parts on the diagram are the correct parts I am looking for. Because I relied on their experience on car parts, I ended up saying if he believes it's the parts then it must be the parts.Not only did my parts arrive 2 days later than the promised ETA (This I understood), incorrect parts were orders (This also I understood, mistakes happen and the parts have the same name) but it is Vich's arrogant co-worker who, instead of taking accountability, initially claimed that the part I am looking for does not exist, he had never heard of it, I searched online and showed him that it does exist then he told me I would need to pay for handling fees if I return the parts.Vich was mostly quiet as I feel he had realized his mistake but the co-worker was arrogant, a know-it-all and provided a disgusting service to say the least
