Poor communications, staff not available most of the time, besic requests not met on the repair work on a demo model we purchased...(have taken my Tuson for services here, great service, plz just look out for 3rd party contractors that has access to your car with out your concent, twice i ask the dealership to not let these contractors near my car and both time they still called and and was in my car)

Liesl, is absolutely the best and so friendly, kind, and professional! She made my car service experience the best EVER!!!!! I would highly recommend.

Excellent serviceMy family has been purchasing vehicles here since our first ever Hyundai. We have been through 8 already, if not more.Thank you to Hyundai Brakenfell for the amazing work.We headed there Monday morning at 6am to drop mom's vehicle for servicing.When we collected it at 11am there was plastic covers on each place the person used when they had to move the car. This made us free safe during covid as one cannot be sanitizing leather lol.It's the little things that makes your clients happy.Ps when it's a little safer could you guys consider fetching the vehicle from the persons homes, would really assist and eliminate the early morning trips an drushing through traffic to get back to work after dropping the vehicle.

I’m giving this place no stars. Worst service ever. I bought a car from them and the gearbox stopped working within 2 months of making the purchase. The car was sent in for repairs “allegedly” twice. Both times when they told us to come get the car we barley made it home and the car just stopped lol. The car went in for repairs again for the 3rd time “allegedly” although this time it’s been there for a month and i’ve been sitting without a car that i’m still making monthly repayments for. No courtesy car was even offered. And that guy Neil that hits on customers, sies man act professional. You’re there to sell cars not dates.

Bought our Tucson 5 years ago at Hyundai Brackenfell. My wife predominantly drives the vehicle and simply loves it! I took the vehicle in for a check on an issue I had experienced. From the outset, the service advisor, Liesl, was friendly and professional. My vehicle was given a health check and diagnostic, and all found to be in order.As a bonus, the vehicle was cleaned inside and out and looks good as new!Well done guys!

I bought a new Hyundai i30N on the 12th August 2022. The DP was amazing in setting up the deal and the sales executive Hein was equally on par. Service was excellent. I would like everyone in the market for a car to give Hyundai Brackenfell a try and see the amazing service you will receive.Great Hyundai Brackenfell for keeping the Hyundai flag flying high!!!

Definitely won't be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again, the service is horrendous. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them just over a month ago and specifically asked the sales agent about the licensing of the vehicle as I would be traveling to Johannesburg with the vehicle. He assured me that he would personally take care of it and courier it to my door, only to have to chase them up and then be told that I need to do the licensing myself for which I already paid the dealership. I was then sent a registration certificate on the day that my temporary license expired and told to do the licensing myself and forward them the invoices for a refund. Then I get refunded less than what I paid for the licensing, what was the point of sending the receipts??? And on top of that the amount I paid was less than the amount the dealership initially charged me. To this day I am still waiting for feedback as to why I was refunded less than what I should have received.

It is very frustrating to try and communicate with Hyundai Brackenfell. Calls are dropped, no one ever calls you back. Really frustrating. I literally made 12 phone calls today and still no luck. Due to this bad service, I will seriously consider moving away from Hyundai after nearly 20 years. You have my details on your system if you want to bother to call me
