This company is dishonest. My mistake is I bought an integrated fridge in error as I was look for a freestanding fridge. I returned the fridge immediately - this was a month ago. I requested a refund less all delivery and collection charges and accepted they could charge a fee for the inconvenience. They sent an email stating they would refund R12000 less than I paid as the packaging had been opened and there was a cancellation fee. Only the plastic bag had been torn - the most expensive plastic bag in history. I just want nothing more to do with them and said just pay me the reduced amount and they’ll never hear from me again. Then, suddenly, they could not do the refund as the “owner has gone to the World Cup” so they would pay a month later on 4th January. As expected refund has not been made. Be very careful of buying anything from this retailer. Their terms for returns are incredibly punitive and even then they won’t make the payment. Worst online purchasing experience of my life and they’ve ripped me off.

I would not recomend buying here. I tried to purchase an AEG washer dryer combo. Online it showed stock, but I decided to first phone before doing such a big transaction online (note that the item was already in my basket at this stage) When they finally took my cal I was told by a very vague and not knowledgeable" gentleman that there is no stock. To make a long story short. After quite a few emails and phone calls I decided to take my business somewhere else and purchased the Samsung equivalent at Makro. Save yourself the hassle and DONT do business here."

Despite reading prior reviews, I can say with certainty, the service I received was spectacular. I was on the website, and logged off to do something else. I then received a call from a sales agent, asking me if I would like to complete my purchase straight away. To sum it up, I received my item within 36hr after placing the order! I live in Johannesburg and it was delivered from Rustenburg. The sales agent's name was Tafara Choga - aka Miles. What great service from him and the Brands SA team!

Really poor and unreliable service. Don't deliver on time agreed upon, and they will charge you cancelation fee because they didn't deliver on the time agreed upon. Quite disappointed. Items received from them were also damaged.

I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from them! I placed an online order on the 2nd of August. Since then there has not been any communication made from their end to keep me updated on my status order neither do they respond to emails which is sent to their email address and everytime you call they say they will call you back, and with no surprise, this also doesn't happen. They also promised for my order to be delivered on the 13th of August which it wasn't and having to call them AGAIN it has come to light that they cannot get in touch with their supplier to confirm when my order will be delivered.Spare yourselves the trouble and admin and rather buy from a different store.

We ordered a microwave and kettle. Then received curtain rails. After 2 weeks of calling and asking where the order is no feedback and no one is coming back to you. Really poor service from Brands SA. Would not recommend them at all.

Appalling. Feels like a scam. You order and pay and then nothing is delivered, there is no communication and they duck and dive about the refund. All via whatsapp.

I have placed an order on 18 Dec, the sales agent contacted me on 19Dec 2022, saying that there's no stock. I requested a refund on the same day. Lady by the name of Joslin said I would be refunded within 3 days. Called several times, to date no refund.

Bought a JVC television in Feb 2022. Broke within a month.Took them 3 months to collect the TV. Its now September and still have not heard from them regarding the TV.Avoid doing business with these guys and shop at a reputable store . Their after sales service is pathetic
