Unfortunately, my experience of portela is one of being dishonest and only think of the next customer's money. I had different properties let by them, when I sold it, they give notice for the tenants to leave WITHOUT MY CONSENT,TO FAVOR THEIR NEW BUYER. Thus I lost income and they never take responsibility for their bias actions. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN

Would not recommend. Rented a house from agent, Helen. House was dirty and garden was a mess. Fixed up the house and garden and got cleaners to clean out everything including walls when moving out. They keep calling trying to deduct moneys from deposit for different things including cleaning. Would rate this place in the negative if it were an option.
