Worst courier company in South Africa. I cannot believe that Vodacom still use them to deliver for them. Call centre staff shocking in their treatment of a customer. The couriers lie repeatedly that they tried calling you to deliver and just got voicemail. So untrue! Can't believe a company with so many bad reviews is still going. But, sadly, it seems they do not care at all about their horrendous service.

Despite one bout of bad service, on the whole I have found this company reasonable with the rates. They also have a good online tracking system and you have one of 3 options for next day delivery, either before 8am, before 11am or by the following afternoon depending on the urgency of your delivery.

A parcel was delivered timeously. Receiver had input an incorrect House address and the driver called Receiver as no one was at the address. Parcel was received in good condition.Totally impressive!!!

Yho what a poor Service I've been waiting for my parcel I do not know since when. I tried to track my parcel it has been out for delivery for2 days and the they written query address and cellphone number not available buy my phone was on all day

This is a very very poor service delivery company. The customer service is the worst in the world. The help line is the most unhelpful thing ever existed. The working hours state 8am to 5pm. I was told my parcel will be delivered by 2pm on 24 Feb 2020 but was called at 19:52 for a delivery. That time i was on my way to work. I work nightshift so I waited whole day for this parcel. The worst customer service ever. This is not the first time this happened.

Wasted a whole day for a delivery that never came, just for me to have absolute Zero help from customer services. Your below poor service has costed another company a potential customer. Great job, I cancelled my requested service and never using you guys ever again!

Received a call from the delivery guy, notifying me that my parcel is at my door. Just to find that they're at the wrong address. I've decided to contact them and let them know about the issue. Had trouble contacting them all day with having the call dropped in my ear multiple times and the driver telling me he is busy with a client and not being able to help me. It is now the next day and I still have not received any communication with regards to the parcel. And neither has it been delivered. It is with utter disappointment that I have to say that the service is PATHETIC.
