I always have a hard time finding the correct running shies.The guys at the running department searched tirelessly to help me.Tshepo did not give up and managed to very kindly find the right size shoes for me. Much appreciated. He really served from the heart.

Ask for the sales guy Ashley.There are many Total sports stores but only one sales guy named Ashley. This guy knows his stuff.He will surely hook you up with the best type of shoes that suits you.Best service and the staff are amazing, friendly, and patient. This is now my go to store.

Love the new bigger shop! Staff were super friendly and helpful and assisted me throughout my shopping in the kids' department. There was such a great range of items for active children that it was difficult to choose what to take and what to leave. The sale items had a good range of sizes available and was clearly on display so I did not have to struggle to find what I needed. There was a good range of items available for both boys and girls, I often find that I can only find nice items for my one child but then the shops only stock a few items for the other gender. Well done on the wide variety of choices available for all kids.Excellent range of sport shoes and staff were super helpful in explaining which shoes would be best for my needs and in offering assistance should I need to come back to return or exchange any items.Checkout process was quick and painless and I could be out of the shop quickly.

Shout out to Dom and the lovely staff for their patient assistance with me and my kid that had difficulty finding the right shoe for him. Dom was amazing. And when I realised my phone was missing, staff were so helpful! Well done on ensuring you have quite a wonderful group of people working there!
