Margate Shuttle

Not very accommodating or willing to assist customers in any way. unfortunately not much difference between the various shuttles operating on the south coast as I have tried both Margate coaches and southern shuttle. Coaches themselves are ok not bad considering the roads they travel on. In short if I had a choice I wouldn't book with them but they know that people have few to no options and have a take it or leave it mentality. As an example I needed to change a booking they only credit you, that credit is only valid 2 months and can only be used for the exact same trip if they at least allowed you to change direction people might be able to use their credit. In addition to the lack of being able to change the booking they add additional charges.

I like the fact that you can book and pay online without an hassles and only provide your proof of booking when you board the shuttle.It would be great if they would cater for the late flights that come in between 7pm and 8pm.
