The spa decor could be somewhat better, but the massage treatment is out-of-this-world amazing and super affordable. I'll definitely be back for another 90 minute full-body massage with hot stone treatment!

I am a fellow Masseuse and I stated so in my message and that I was in desperate need of help due to my muscles being tense and sore. I know you cant fix a massage in 1 session and was really hoping I would have a good experience. 1st the towls I could tell they had not been changed and feel the oil. 2nd there was no introductions whatsoever. 3rd the girls did not know what I had booked for, i paid for 2 deep tissue massages and yet my partner was given swedish. 4th as a masseuse one should know not to massage over bone and not use hard pressure on the joints.5th I could feel the my masseuse nails were sharp especially when she got to the sole of my foot, it was painful. 6th my massage was interrupted and my masseuse left me to open the door for clients, I wouldn't mind this but I was left abruptly without a word.7th when the towls are on the client one should not flip over the towls because it seems like you do not care. 8th the girls were talking to each other through the massage. 9th I was caked in oil and my freshly washed hair had oil in it, I had plans to go out after and I tied up my hair to prevent it from getting oily, oil on the back of my head is fine but not my fringe.10th the massage was ended abruptly without a calming ending, girls said thank you and left. I came in and wanted to treat myself and my partner. Please do not see as a personal attack but as a fellow masseuse I did not think the standards would be this low and I am truly disappointed.

Unprofessional!! I will not be returning. Was given an appointment for 3pm. Informed when we arrived that our appointment was now for 4pm. No prior notice or consideration of the fact that we would have arranged our schedules around the initially confirmed time. This is simply unacceptable.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The ladies who assisted me and my partner usedtowels that had been previously used as they had oil on them. I checked the other tables that had towels on them which also seemed used as they were damp and heavy with oil. The ladies only massages on our bones rather than our muscles. For R250 a deep tissue massage; This is shows in the inexperience in the staff as I got a swiss massage instead. Never go here.

I would not recommend this place as all, if there were 0 stars i would have given it that. Here is my constructive review:Firstly we did know where the place (not just because we new to cape town, but first time we was visiting the establishment) and got lost which made us late for the appointment which was 10-11am. We contacted the WhatsApp number and the lady just said its on Victoria road, i asked for a landmark and was given none, landmark that would have helped was opposite the pharmacy.Secondly, time is not given to change, we were three people and they expected us to change out of our clothes in 30sec, it was very rushed (mind you that day was my birthday). We know we were late and did not expect extra time, but at least to be given what we were promised (massage plus back-scrub) with the time left. According to the owner we should have notified them, thats just unprofessional, we have been for several massages and the therapist always have a diary which indicates the following: who booked? what treatment the client is having and if the amount is paid in full or a deposit was paid? Needless to say we did not get the back-scrub. When my sister mentioned all these things to the owner she was met with anger and accusations of bullying which obviously there is a lack of understanding of what bullying is, stating your dissatisfaction with service is not bullying, if a service was paid for then we have a right to express our dissatisfaction or enjoyment.Here is my analysis of the situation, based on our experience and after reading the comments there seem to be a common thread:1. The owner books back to back and gives no time to change, and the change time comes out of the clients massage time instead of allotting a separate 10min between sessions.The ladies are not even given a break in-between.2. The owner asks to pay for service upfront instead of asking for a deposit.3. The owner instead of taking comments and trying to improve the service becomes aggressive and gaslights the clients.4. The owner has an ego thats why she kept telling all clients who complained they can go somewhere else, thats not the correct way to conduct business.5. The owner is clearly a narcissist as she is aggressive and clearly does not want to acknowledge short comings and places blame only on the client.Based on all the comments i read including my experience the consistent thread was dirty towels, rushed service, insistence on full payment, no remorse or corrective behaviour, no time for changing, incomplete treatment, no proper coordination between the therapist and the person booking, lack of management (therapist must keep track of payments, bookings and types of treatments booked), overbooking (back to back), no ambience. this is not comments from now, but from at least one and a half years ago. You keep accusing clients of being malicious when comments are posted, but when we messaged you on WhatsApp your responses was unbecoming of a business owner and rude. Mind i remind you that you are in the service delivery industry, that kind of treatment toward your clients is unacceptable, so stop deflecting and blaming. I cannot understand you fully as a person because i have not met you to analyse you, but based on your many responses, i got a clear picture of you as a business owner.I hope when you read this and understand that your actions toward your clients is unacceptable and look for ways correct your behaviour and when you read comments understand that no one is being malicious or trying to damage your business you are doing that all on your own. Take this comment as a free therapy session to help you be better. Remember kindness toward everyone, gratitude and understanding are key traits in leadership. Massage was OK, she tried her best. I didn't expect much for R250.Please empower your staff by providing training. The oil smells bad I had to take a shower when I got home :( towels are oily from the previous clients. Please change them after each client. The room needs some kind of heating and ambiance maybe a heater and defuser. There's a lot of potential for this place but only if you take the advice from your customers. I also found paying before the service weird surly you have a booking system. I find it hard to believe that people would try to slip in and try to scam you out of a free massage. I feel as if you are taking the money first because you know how bad the service is and worried clients won't want to pay.

The masseuse was very unprofessional. Had an extremely abrupt demeanour and Mannerisms. The Person doing booking was even more unprofessional when I tried to alert her as to my experience.Person doing booking accusatory and demeaning.I asked for a little extra pressure and they said according to them it’s an upgrade in treatment. They said when you want a little extra pressure then it’s a deep tissue. So why do therapists ask how’s the pressure!!!!Very very rude.The person that does the booking has no customer service skills and no etiquette whatsoever. It’s absolutely shocking.Your response is completely dishonest and disingenuous. I was not rude. If you look at all your negative reviews from many customers, you will realise that that the problem lies with you and your business. Customers review, so that others will not go through the same poor service, they don’t do it it be malicious.

I was 30 min late for my slot, however I booked a 1hour 30 min slot. I advised the last on WhatsApp in advance and I told her that I don't mind leaving 30 min later. I arrived for my massage at 12:30 and there was no communication from the lady that I thought was a receptionist. I then waited for 1 hour 30 min and no one communication with me. I had to then cancel because I had other commitments at 2pm. The service was appalling. They don't do refunds and neither do they reschedule. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they are don't give customer service at all. I'm really disappointed and this was meant to be a birthday treat

Great service from the staff but the owner is a scammer, she made us pay twice even though we showed her bank statements that we paid. We still waiting for the refund till this day.If you decide to go PAY CASH.
