What a terrible shopping experience, owner and his son were not will to listen to a non-bicycle person trying to find a new bicycle gift for their father, kept pushing to buy a R90k electric bicycle for my father, both my wife and myself would never go back.Due to this went to Ride Life and got fantastic service, with people who wanted to listen to my needs and subsequently got the sale.

The owner of this shop is really rude, don't know how he stays in business treating people like he does. I've gone there five or six times in the last few years once for service (which was done well but the owner was surly) a few times to buy parts, once for tires and once to buy my kids some nice mountain bikes and the guy is just a jerk.Poor service and poor selection of parts and tires. Funny, his employees are nice! He should stay home and away from his customers!He has lost over R40,000 in business from me alone!BTW, if you are wondering why I gone there six times it's because George only has three real" bike shops and I always go there last

We had great service and advice from JP and the coimbra team and ended buying the perfect fit bike. I would recommend them for any entry level too professional cyclist.

Absolutely no service from the owner. Won't go back there. My husband bought an expensive bike, without being told that we have to activate the guarantee, no offering to set up the bike for him or that there is an app to connect to the bike... Took our payment while looking at his phone and showed us the door in 15 minutes.

100% to Janke Truter who advised my Wife regarding the correct seat...She was knowledgeable and patient.What a great experience

What an awesome morning! Did the Retül pro bike fit. In charge we find Janke Truter, Sports Massage Therapist, Bike Specialist (who's knowledge surpasses my own by many a mile), Cyclist (I mean, the Minister of Education should be a former teacher) and chatterbox extraordinaire. Which is brilliant, by the way! She demonstrates vast knowledge of both bike and body mechanics, crucial skills needed to perfect a bike fit. I felt comfortable throughout the session as we chatted about bikes and life. Janke explaines the process clearly and concisely - she'll do well as a teacher! I am one so I know. My bike feels amazing with me on it, much better than it did. So: Janke, thank you! You're the man"! I believe I finally found the perfect LBS. If you still doubt her ability

Very good with service, predict you may get even better service if you're a regular supporter and they know you.

Great shop. Bought a Fat bike there a few years back. Have always had good service. They kindly sponsored some tubeless tyres for a friend that was doing the Attakwas.

Thanks to Coimbra Cycle House and Janke for the excellent bike fitting on their state of the art Retul bike fitting equipment. After cleat adjustments and insoles to rectify my leg action and pedal stokes together with all the other adjustments it has made a huge difference to my cycling. On my first ride after the fitting I achieved 11 personal records over 23 segments on Strava. I received a 14 page report which contains all the details as to my setup, this can be used on future bikes that I purchase and is really great value and well worth the spend. Thanks again, Simon
