Had a horrible experience with the suppliers, first they changed one of my orders without letting me know, when my order was delivered I called to complain and they didn't want to take responsibility, they sent the wrong cup lids, they assumed I was informed, after showing them our order conversation they didn't apologize, simply asked to return the cup lids. Second issue the cups where not PET which means cristal clear and I made sure she got the CRISTAL CLEAR noted, the cups where not even clear, I complained and they simply didn't care, they wouldn't refund my money, the Indian guy was rude and unpolite, telling me it's not his problem and it's the suppliers problem and there was nothing he could do, he would take the cups back nor refund. Their quote has a policy where products can be returned within a month and they don't even respect their policy. Not professional at all!!
