Had to make a last minute booking (a day) due to a family emergency I had to attend to in Knysna.Within less than 5 minutes on the phone my booking was secure and received excellent service when I arrive the following day.I would definitely recommend Tavcor VW George to anyone. Well done.

Same as Martin Visser, Trying to make a booking for past 2 days, keep holding on. Nobody calling back. Phone shut down in my ear whilst talking. I was not very patient when I called again, when asked to hold on until they answer, I was told be my guest". What a good example of customer service."

Bad experience not recommended as service coordinate was not worried in helping me after I explained him that there was water leak. Execuse after excuse why he cannot book my car in.Went down the road to a general repair workshop. And in 2 min diagnostic my car.Really VW in George not recommended.

Walked in with a problem with one of my older VW vehicles just before departing on a long journey. At first service department could not help me. I almost left taking my problem with me, when Chris Koen offered to help. Within 10 minutes he tracked down the necessary tools and fixed my problem. I really appreciate your help Chris. Thank you.
