A degree of difficulty is valuable, but maybe could be age-adjusted! Coach Stephen maintains a very good balance: enough individual attention, consistent motivation, attentive to potential injury, and always a pleasant atmosphere. Very good also with the variety of the programs which prevent the tedium that is common with public gyms. Noticeable health improvements are lower resting heart rate and slightly more stamina.
