The best decision we made was coming to Rob at Universal.Everything has been spectacular - from start to finish. And the end product is better than we could’ve hoped for.I cannot see how anyone can do better than this team.

I cannot recommend them enough. From the design by Owen (who helped us design a much more functional layout for our kitchen) to the installation. Everything was meticulous and attention to detail is definitely noted here. They are also very quick and responsive to any of your queries or issues which is appreciated.In love with our new kitchen and thank you to Universal for being part of helping us build our long term family home.

I renovated my kitchen with Universal Kitchens this year. Louis was absolutely amazing from the get go - super patient, explained the whole process to me, designed the kitchen of my dreams with such attention to detail and gave great advice about placement, what I should include or exclude. I also used their preferred contractor, Phillip (Rubens maintenance) and he was also super helpful and patient. Universal kitchens and Rubens Maintenance did a fantastic job, very professional, even better than I expected and made sure any tiny snags were fixed timeously. I am very grateful that they made renovating - which can be daunting, expensive and stressful - a breeze. Highly recommend Louis and Phillip. They organised everything for me - and I am very happy with my new kitchen and my family and friends have not stopped with the compliments when they come over for dinner.

Highly recommend Universal Kitchens who recently renovated ours. The company is super professional and ensure every detail is considered. Full Turnkey service so you only have 1 point of contact. Cabinetary is immaculately installed to perfection. No fuss for the client. They don't our plumbing tiling gas connections. Louis, Clinton and Shaun are a brilliant team.

Owen was absolutely amazing, my partner dealt with him and what a blessing, he is brilliant with his designs and utilising space, the outcome of the kitchen is phenomenal, well done Owen, Jayson and everyone from universal kitchens.

I had a complete kitchen done with Universal... intially their service was good until it came 2 installation... They sent inexperienced installers ... after that i had endless errors .I had to get another installer 2 reset the drawers and fix all their mistakes..but what was dissapointing was that i had not removed my plastic from my cabinet doors until the week before i moved into the house ( that was a few mnths later).. when i did remove the plastic there were scratches on some doors.They had a look and even said they know the scratches are from their side as there were slits on the plastic. But later was sent a message that Clinton said the error was picked up too long after installation so they cannot do anything about it... poor service ..

Website says budget of R80,000. Emails says budget of R150,000 and then I get a quote based on a whatsapp conversation. R280k to R350k for a 20m2 space. Without designs, without materials discussion, without measuring the space themselves etc just have to rely on one individuals 10 years" of experience. No thanks."

When i had an equiry i called the number that google gives!! And the guy who answered the phone was so rude to me!! He ended the call without saying bye !! Very very bad service i experienced !!
