Bad customer service, phones are never answered n they Don't deliver within seven whereas they say in seven days. First I bought a TV stand it took them 3 weeks now I've bought a bed it's past seven days mxm

I'm currently at the shop to buy bed and table... I'm the only client here with my sister but to get a service it a hustle, 2 staff are busy with their phones, girl at the cashier counter and the girl near the door with black t shirt.2 guys are trying to help but most of what we have they do not have stock. But at least they trying special the guy with black t shirt.. I'm really not happy with the service received. I leave near your store here so I was hoping support my local will help me as well.

The customer service is very bad, you cannot even recognize staff when walking in the store the manager is even more useless, I would never recommend anyone to buy from this store.

The service is very much poor even when you call they do not answer their phone. I have received my wardrope last week and they said someone will come to assemble it even now I'm still waiting ,when you call them they don't answer .

They don't have stock, they have display items ONLY. They are telling me about waiting for 7 days for my goods and I should again pay R50 for delivery whereas I came with my bakkie on the day of purchas... Poor planning
