Osman's Spice Works

Bought some spices and teas online. Have a great WhatsApp number that allows to order. Their range of teas and coffees are excellent and I would definitely recommend them. Their spices have stood the test of time and are a household name. The only issue is that their courier option was a bit pricey. But their customer service on their WhatsApp line is very efficient and professional.

I love ospmans, lots of choices with spices and other things and prices are very good. Sometimes parking is a problem

Terrible Online Customer Service.I placed an order and received the completely wrong items. I sent Shabnum pictures of the correct item, yet i still received wrong items.After informing her of the error, she supposedly sent the order again with the correct items.She barely ever responds to Whatsapp messages, and never answers calls. She never provides feedback unless the customer becomes irate and messages her to ask about it first.This service is unbecoming of a such a long standing company that relies on good service for its loyal customers.I also find it quite peculiar how they have so many 5-star reviews" from "one time posters".. looks fishy to me."
