This is the worst shop at hydepark with the black employees having derogatory remarks in theit native tongue about patrons and then giggling and laughing. I sincerely hope this pna gets clised diwn or the staff gets fired they are very rude with zero manners.

When I first saw that a PNA was opening at my local shopping centre I was overjoyed being a art junky myself. But I was soon snapped out of it ,when I visited the location with little no no staff around I struggled to pay for my items having to go find a staff member/members huddled in the isle laughing and giggling among themselves. The store has great potential with a wide range of items covering a large part of the arts and stationary world, yet customer service makes me rate it as one of the worst shops in Hyde park.
