Over the past ten years, she has helped me with healthy weight loss, maintenance and nutrition advice from a training perspective (what to eat before, during and after training, etc). I saw Hanlie to start a vegetarian diet plan to loose fat and gain muscle, and my experience has been incredible. I've had great success with my diet and am carrying on with it. The extensive knowledge Hanlie has allowed her to creat a very intricate diet plan that can be catered to anyone and has many different options and preferences. It's been great being able to follow this diet plan and I am extremely satisfied with the service.

When I first started working with Hanlie, I’d just been diagnosed with a stress fracture to the second metatarsal in my foot and couldn’t understand why it had happened. Through the 6 months I worked with her, I learnt the importance of maintaining a good bone density (especially as a woman), the benefits of protein in my recovery (especially as a vegan) and the importance of fuelling your workouts (before, during and after!). I feel so much better physically and mentally, not only has my relationship with food improved but so has my times in my running! It’s so important working with a professional if you have big big dreams.

As a newbie to Triathlon, I consulted with Hanlie to improve my nutrition and importantly, to lose weight. I am over 60 and a late starter in multisport. After 6 months of following Hanlie's recommendations which was based on the outcome of the DNA testing she recommended, I have managed to maintain a weight loss of 7kgs. Hanlie has assisted me to know exactly how my body reacts to certain exercises and also which foods compliment my body type.I use to just train and not really conncect my mind to the exersices .
