Bosch Car Service Hermanus
I was out in Hermanus for the day with my tourists and noticed a strange sound coming from my back right wheel. It was about 16h30, they were quite busy but found time to sort out my faulty, worn out brake pad. Great effort from staff and pricing was fair. Thanks for the great service - Cape Travel Guy

I don't often write reviews but this experience was so bad, feel I have to... I brought in my car for what I thought was a small repair of 1 day. My car was kept for 2 weeks... work was done without me being told and a bill three time the amount quoted was presented at the end. To add to that I was not happy with the work done (the problem I brought the car in for was not resolved). I asked that someone calls me, no one did. I emails, followed up and was no one ever replied. This was such an unprofessional experience.

Very bad service. I requested a qoute via email and phoned in as well. The lady told me I wil receive a qoute by the end of the day and still have not received anything. On a previous occassion went to the service centre and they would have contacted me with a price as it was loadshedding but also did not make contact. very bad service and will not consider again.

Our call was received by the very helpful Minette and the response to need for call out was very fast. Timothy took my car to the workshop late afternoon and had completed the necessary diagnostic tests, and sorted the problem out early the next day. I would like to thank Tim and his crew for an excellent service done on my vehicle.Starting with a transmission issue, he started from a common point, and got to the route cause as to why the clutch was engaging gears only whilst the engine was running at normal heating temperature.The Route Cause was carried out professionally, resulting in the replacement of the Clutch which was done with precision.Thank you for your excellent service which was done by a friendly and competitive crew.
