Very disappointed with the service received and how things played out. We were buyers, we feel the agent was not open about the COC done and did not take the necessary responsibility when things went wrong with it. To add, I don't think the specific agent is working at this agency anymore.

Zero respect for fellow human beings. They put up a listing of a place for sale but couldn't get access to the property and could not tell me when they could, maybe only a month later. I asked them in future to remove postings for properties that cant be viewed because what is the point and then Rolene Fourie hung up on me. I can understand viewings can be difficult but it is false advertising if you advertise a house for sale that can't actually be sold.
