Very much disappointment and dissatisfied by your online service.. I’ve been ordering online since the online system opened but recently been having issues with my orders not being updated or picked. Today is the fourth time I’ve been getting this issue. I ordered early morning and selected pickup time, I noticed that as usual the order status is not changing I went to the store only to be told they will go pickup the items. After waiting for half an hour I’m told there’s no stock for most of the items I ordered.

Service is excellent prices are good bt there is no adherence to Covid rules. Some staff and most customers masks are half worn hanging on their chins some don't cover their nose and there is no monitoring inside the store at all..

Goal is very full everyday. They have lot of customers. There's a long cue for paying terminals, but they are very quick their services is quick you don't stand for long... and you can also order your groceries online
