I have experienced such good care here. Friendly and efficient, calm attention and clear explanations. Dr Bergsteedt has an excellent oral hygienist who changed my experience of teeth cleaning from one of trepidation to one of gentle treatment. Dentist and assistant are good listeners, helpful and caring, putting me at ease. Answering questions, giving advice; they were not in a mad rush to get me out like I had experienced with my previous dentist. I highly recommend him.

Wow! Not often one is moved to recommend a dentist......What a joy to find a dentist that is so very caring andgentle. He explains all that is happening and it is clear that patient comfort is a top priority. Also had an appointment with Shannon, the equally amazing Oral Hygienist. Cannot recommend highly enough! It's like visiting family!

I'd been scared to find a new dentist for ages but after reading the reviews I decided to try Dr Bergsteedt and I'm so glad I did. He is genuinely the best dentist I have been to. He is friendly and explains what he's doing every step of the way. If you are looking for an affordable dentist that genuinely cares about his patients I highly recommend him!

Really friendly and gentle dentist.Bergsteedt always walks me through everything he's doing and is super careful with my teeth. Also very affordable.So much better than other dentists who make you feel like you're on a conveyer belt.After going through a few dentists in Cape Town he's definitely the best.

I have had a phobia and bad experiences at dentists for years! Meeting Dr Andrew was the best thing that could’ve happened to me!! He was very welcoming towards me. Throughout my procedure he explained every step. He made me feel so comfortable. He took his time with me making sure that my treatment was PERFECT and it was! I had no pain after and I am extremely impressed with his work! Will definitely be keeping him as my family’s dentist! Thank you Dr Andrew

I am usually a scardy pants when it comes to the dentist and after many months of avoidance I saw Dr Bergsteedt and his oral hygienist who completely changed my sentiments about oral care...it was such a pleasant experience, much better than I had expected. Now I feel alot more positive about future visits. Friendly and gentle natured staff. Thanks Dr B and team for your good work.
