I have had work done with them multiple times. They do amazing work. Give you exactly what you want. I have never been disappointed with what I got. The issue came when I was discriminated against for a review given by my fiancé. He had an opinion about them and they asked ME not to return. So what happened.... I made an appointment for a tattoo 2 months prior. I was super excited!! I live in Centurion so they are not close but are worth the travel. Shelby called us say 35min before our appointment, telling me that the tattoo artist lost her dog that morning. I was very disappointed and heart sore, because I know how it feels to lose your fur baby. She asked us to reschedule. I said that we are here, we traveled far and waited 2 months for this tattoo, could she possibly do it? Shelby said she will ask. When we entered the shop we talked to our tattoo artist and she agreed to do the tattoo for us. We said she could take all the time she needed if she felt emotional. After that Shelby said that she is not able to do the tattoo. I said that it is fine and that we will reschedule. I left, rescheduled via email and left it as that. My fiance left a review that was not to their liking. So because he left the review they emailed me and said they would refund me and refer me to a tattoo artist in pta but i was not welcome. They refunded me but did not refer me. I just don't understand why I was the one to be band from their shop because of my fiancés opinion. I was told I was not empathetic but I was. Anyway, just be prepared, if your opinion or someone you know opinion is not their opinion, then they will not help you. Their values are to be open and accepting but really they are not!

The space is amazing and the artists are amazing. Amber soughts out admin like a professional!!!! Everything about SheKnows Ink is just impeccable. I am so happy with my tattoo, instructions to take of it are clear.Thank you Shelby for my beauty!

Had my first tattoo done with Alyssa. It was such a lovely experience and i felt so comfortable the whole time.I will definitely be going back and I will also recommend them to all my friends and family!

I went in on a Tuesday to get some ink done by Shelby.What a lovely experience; the shop is nice, the welcome you receive is friendly and generally just a good vibe.On Shelby herself; needless to say the tattoo came out better than expected and her light consultative approach was appreciated.Thanks Shelby. :)

My mother & I got matching tattoos and we got exactly what we wanted. It came out perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. Cath, our tattoo artist was so patient and kind towards us, we’re truly appreciative of the service that we received. The staff overall is friendly and would definitely recommend SheKnows Ink to anyone interested in getting a tattoo there. Their aftercare instructions are also very helpful. 11/10.

It has such a tranquil atmosphere, I almost want to work there.The service is amazing and the staff are so friendly. They also have a great booking system so there is no waiting. You get individual attention.

Worst tattoo experience of my life and I didn't even get one done.They call 15min before the appointment telling us the they having a personal issue (this is at the time we have just parked in the center) We have just driven from PTA for an appointment we made over a month ago. My wife is a returning customer and the way we were looked at and spoken to was outrageous, but the end of it all we didn't get inked and the best they could do was refund the deposit or reschedule us for another day a little over a month away. If my memory is correct we didn't even get a sorry for the inconvenience. So unprofessional and inconsiderate

Oh she definitely knows ink and piercing. If you are looking for the professional personal touch than this is the place to visit. Book in advance as not all the ladies are there all the time and you definitely want the amazing service they provide.
