Principal
Duties:
The Principal as the Chief Accounting Officer of the College, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the college and oversees the three deputies.
Academic, is responsible for verification and delivery of teaching and learning activities.
Deputy Principal: CFO
Duties:
The CFO oversees the finances, procurement and asset management of the College.
Administration and Support Services, monitors the flow of the following departments: Human resources and labour relations, Information and Technology, quality management, Student Support Services, Health and safety and the entire College administration
Quality Control Manager:
Duties:
To ensure accreditation compliance with the relevant SETA'S.
Implement relevant policies and the National Skills Development Strategy 3
 To organise and manage quality assurance function in close co-orporation with the Management Team with the objective to promote quality achievement and continual performance improvement throughout the college
Develop College Strategic and Operational Plans
MIS / IT support manager
Duties:
Works with the college stats, student system and enrolment
 data centres,
IT staff management,
network maintenance and management,
servers administration, and management,
   
workstations configuration and maintenance,
  
websites support and management,
   
user support,
  
server backup,
    
intellectual property security,

Marketing Manager

Duties:

The Marketing Head is responsible for the planning of Marketing Activities according to a year plan,
   
overseeing these activities,
 
 image building,
    
preparation and control of budget.
HR – Admin Manager
Duties:
 Manage & co-ordinate the administration in Human Resource Department
Implement and review of policies
Facilitate the orientation of new employees
Responsible for managing recruitment and selection
Responsible for service benefits and leave matters
Monitor skills development facilitation
Monitor appointments and transfers
Monitor termination of services
Monitor employee evaluation or assessment process
Render HR advisory services to the College Management team
Ensure a higher level of service delivery to line functionaries
Supervision of all personnel and Quality Management in the HRA Department

Manager Finances

Duties:

    
 Establish internal control in the department,
 

monitoring performance and efficiency of all staff members in the department,
 
preparation of annual budgets for campuses and consolidation thereof into one CST budget,
 
manage financial transactions e.g. bank and creditors reconciliations,
 
audit preparations
 
budget controls, monitor cash flow.

Invoice Compiler,
 Verify Magtapes,
