I booked my monitor in at A-Solutions, My monitor has a backlight bleed, A-Solutions could not find the issue, which is weird because I took photos of the bleed and you can't miss it. from there it went to lg midrand and they told me the bleed is within spec, when i received my monitor back it was dropped, the box was damaged as well as the polystyrene inside, when i plugged it in there was a new bleed, they picked it up again and after waiting 5 days I was told that they wont be replacing or repairing my monitor under WARRANTY. lg says that they received the monitor and box like this from A-Solutions, who is lying, I have no idea. I have absolutely made up my mind that lg is dead to me and I would spread this bad review wherever I can.

Treated with courtesy and efficiently and they assisted taking appliance out of car for repsir. I hope everything goes as well as today. Tebogo very good with receiving of appliance and receptionist very sweet

Terrible products. The compressors will rust within 3 years and make deface the look of your property. 5 Year warranty on the compressor is allegedly not valid for its cover. Air-conditioners of other brands in the same area that are older don't do this. LG will take no responsibility for a poorly manufactured product. Avoid if possible.

Lg is the WORST to deal with. It's sad what we've become and have to endure when it comes to service excellence. Call the toll free no to speak to a consultant, after following all the prompts, call just drops.

Dear LG Support,I am very disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received from LG. I am a loyal LG customer and have always been happy with your products. While you wait repair done promptly. Would qualify for 5 star if facility had WiFi and coffee. Why a microwave should fall in less than 2 years is a separate question.

I contacted LG on Wednesday and Friday Gilbert, the technician from G and G Appliances, came out to assess my washing machine. He immediately knew what the problem was. He came back on Monday with the replacement part and within minutes my washing machine was up and going. I am very satisfied with the prompt and friendly service I have received.
