I got a lot of attitude for trying to emphasize how fragile the parcel I was sending over was and when I asked for a box with lots of bubble wrap the man literally pulled a bag out and tossed my parcel in like I was sending over a pile of magazines.

You do not even deserve a rating of 1. I received the most appalling service at this branch. I was promised my package would be delivered overnight only to come back today as I could not track it on the system and found they had not couriered it. The lady did not seem bothered, shame on you!
