I would not recommend selling or buying from this store staff is unfriendly and does not even think about the customer all they care about is getting your money. they refuse refunds when the slip clearly states 180 days. giving them one star is a insult to one star ratings.

You get good staff with reasonable price

Nice Bargains. Big variety of stock. The staff is very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Incompetent to say the least especialy the guy that buys the goods doesnt now what he's doing had to ask who knows if they can buy a product,Told me 2 charge my watch fully and when I got back with the watch fully charged they said they dont buy those watches,Wil never in my life support them again and would not even consider them to potential clients,Will take this up with Hello Peter also if i could give a zero star rating I would

Would not recommend selling to Cash Converters Worcester. Staff was unhelpful and serves poor. In future I would rather donate than go through this effort.

Update (05Jan 2020): The local manager of Cash Converters Worcester called me today and they have refunded half of my expenses to fix the broken bike I've purchased from them in the beginning of Dec 2020. The head office also called to confirm if an agreement was reached. I'm glad we could work this out. For that reason I've raised my evaluation of the shop in this review.Update (30Dec 2020): 3 weeks later, despite Cash converters asking me for my contact details etc, I've sent an email, they said they would address the issue with the local manager in Worcester, but still nothing has been done. My review is now even worse than before, they probably just wanted to have a quick r response to my first post. Really disappointing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.First post (Dec 2020) Worst experience! I bought a second hand bike for my son, first ride the whole gear mount came off, I came back to the shop next day just to know that there is no warranty on bikes, which I was never informed of. Just heard a sorry sir. I don't recomend you to buy anything from this shop, there is no consideration or empathy for the client whatsoever.

They are like any other secon dhand shop...... Sometimes you get a good deal and sometimes you don't.
