The absolute WORST customer service ive had to date....just general lack of communicating with customers who are asking questions about what they do and do not stock. and then the cheek of communicating in their language amongst each other (basically making the customer look like an idiot) ... Refiloe, Thandaza and STORE MANAGER Leon, these people should re consider working in a customer service environment.
