Always the worst in terms of cashline service. 3 cashiers on a Friday (Month end)... they sell phones and do lay byes so obviously these aspects of the business take long. Why don't you schedule more people?

Pathetic service I received today ...thanks sisanda you tried to assist...cashier's arguing in front of customers because in the till that I was in the lady had not cash and she was refusing to go take a float while the others also refused to assist her. Here I am standing like a fool and their attitude stinks especially if the see your an African person...come to leroy merlin and you will see what customer service is ...

A wide range of clothing for kids, even adults. The queues are sometimes long but service is quick and cashiers are friendly.

The queus are quite long and not much space to walk/move around in-store, especially with a stroller.

This store has no customer service at all. The Manageress Gertrude is rude and unskilled in management. Please don't waste your time shopping at this store or trying to return defective products that they sell. They expect a customer to follow a long que to return an item. The same que being used for purchases. Gertrude does not even apologize for the inconvenience caused. Sorry is NOT IN HER VOCABULARY.

Pathetic service received from Ackerman's Greenstone, I purchased an item that was torn within the packaging, brought it back the next day they told me that the refund will take a few hours, then when I called in 2 days later they then said it will take 7 days. 2 weeks later still nothing. They have no customer service and not willing to assist at all. I am extremely disappointed.
