The place looks like it belongs somewhere in Santon, they are very professional, they have a waiting room with a small bar, smoking section and entertainment like Netflix. For those who like hair cuts there is a guy for that and the location is proper.

THIS PEOPLE DO NOT RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME. My appointment was at 15:00 nd was asked to wait in the waiting room.The waiting room is extremely noizy, and the TV played such vulgar things that I had to sit for 3hours in my car because of the noise. I had to leave very upset at 18:30 as they still had not braided my hair. I wasted 3hours which I could have gone to another salon. No one bothered to call and apologise, I am so upset, I know my one comment does not matter, but I will never go there again,and I will never refer anyone there. Yoh what a waste of my time.1star is not even worth it.

Long waiting period, I was booked for 12:30 only to be attended to at 14:00 all for nonsense. My nails were so horrible went to the other salon to change them the next day. Nail tech couldn't get the deco I wanted right and didn't file them well. They also don't have much colors had to settle for what they had. I'm defeated not ever going to come back.

I was very much satisfied with my hair, I did slim medium Knotless, lasted very long and it was very neat. Although, I would like to add that they did not offer any refreshments upon arrival or throughout doing my hair, I arrived 09h00 and left around 17h00 so I spent the whole day there, so if I could suggest, please offer your clients a refreshment, even if we have to pay for it, it would be good customer service. Thank you

Botle salon is one of the few salons in Bloemfontein that really caters to your needs and goes an extra mile. While waiting to be served with the services of your need, be ready to enjoy Netflix and chill in the waiting area. Expect to get your perfect nail set here. I highly recommend this beautiful place.
