I marketed and sold my flat privately through Property 24, and used Louw & Coetzee Attorneys to handle the sale and transfer for me. Very professional, friendly, and helped me save a lot of money by not using an estate agent.They set up the offer to purchase for me (at no cost) and liaised with buyers who wanted to put in offers.Cheney Ras & Elmarie Bosch were excellent. Transfer was done within 6 weeks after finding a buyer, although they could have done it in 5 weeks had the transfer date not been set for a specific date by myself.
