Very very bad. As no contact number is working. No call is answered. We are at middelburg as we speak right now and could not get hold of anyone for the whole afternoon. All money waisted driving here.

Have been a customer of 4 Wheel cars for many years now (+-23yrs), and they deserve more than 5 stars.Never had any trouble with any of our vehicles purchased and they have always gone more than the extra mile. Nothing is ever to much for them.Thank you so much Trevor for absolutely great service - before and after sales service is always of the highest standard.

Sales staff at this dealership is pathetic. I responded to an M3 add via Auto Trader . It took two days for the dealership to respond. A useless Sales guy by the name of Trevor called me. I asked about vehicle history which he knew nothing about. I further asked for financing options to which he promised to send me an email address where I can forward my documents. A week later I am still waiting . I sent him a WhatsApp a day later to remind him and his response was just Hi Sir". Trevor

Good service helpful and friendly staff

When purchasing a second hand vehicle from this company, bring a qualified mechanic because you'll end paying ridiculous amounts to purchase parts that are supposedly okay according to 4wheel cars, my mother purchased a 2011 Ford Figo1.4 TDCI ODO meter 105 000 kilometres, it's next service was due at 115 000 km. We took it for service at Eastvaal Ford in Witbank, my God!!, it needed new injectors, a new serptine belt, front and rear bearings, new stabilisers & new wipers ,the total cost of these parts plus labour amounted to R 55 000. As if that wasn't enough (when we went to Middleburg to collect the car, that very same day the alternator gave the dealership guys problems, so they said they changed it), 4 months later , the alternators dead, can't even be fixed, so again we had to cough up R 4 150 to get a new one. I wonder what's next. BRING A QUALIFIED MECHANIC WHEN PURCHASING SECOND HAND VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP TO CHECK IF ALL THE PARTS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION, OTHERWISE EVERY 10 000 kilometres, YOU'LL GET AN UNWELCOME SURPRISE
