Nice place to sleep over for a family of 4 people.

It all started with booking.com. The place on there site for R543 per night and when the payment was done it went through for R890.I am very dissatisfied with service received.I called the Owner/Manager 4 hours before arrival to confirm time of arrival and I arrived within 10 min of time. There was nobody to open and the her phone was offline. I waited 50 min before somebody appeared to book me in.There was no hot hot water on arrival and I gave loadshedding the reason but the next morning there was still nothing to find out the dry see was never on.On top of this all I couldn’t drown my sorrows with coffee because there was no milk.
