Why do you stay loyal to a brand ? Because there is good after service. However not the case as I experienced here. I brought in my circular saw for repair and was told it will take 3 months and will cost more than a new RYOBI - circular saw. This after the person behind the counter sniffed the motor. We live in a world where everything is made to be disposable and we add to the rubbish heaps of the globe. It would have gone a long way if the consultant was interested in offering a repair or a quote at the very least versus only trying to sell me a new tool after a sniff of the saw. I will now take the saw apart myself and hopefully You Tube will guide me to do the repair myself - some of us do not buy something for the sake of just throwing it away. This should not be called a RYOBI repair center but rather a sales shop where the sales staff discourages the repair option.

Why does it cost more to repair a heat gun? Its cheaper to purchase a brand new item from your local Makro or Brights hardware.

Not only solved my problem, they fitted the part while I waited for no extra cost.

Ordered a spare for a RYOBI tool. Waited a while, was soon informed of the spare parts arrival. Agency for a few brands. Quite helpful.

My generator had a faulty spark. They checked it over quickly while I waited, replaced the faulty spark plug and wire under warranty. Thank you Deon for assisting me and keeping me informed whilst the technical crew sorted it out. Great service.

They were nice but I really had to stay in them to get part ordered. I had to call in several times to see if it arrived. They did get a part. Slightly different than the one I needed although the package was labeled right.

I will never ever recommend anyone to go to this company because I have been waiting 4 weeks for my generator and they still don't have the parts and they are very unprofessional they can't give you the right information

I gave in a brushcutter for repairs, and two weeks later they still have not even been able to look at it.

I have had my machine (Ryobi RG1200) at Stevens and Co in their shop on three occasions over the past two months for repairs. At first excuses were given that they could not obtain a spark plug for my machine, then it was on order but not yet received, and then that they had used the old spark plug. After that the machine was returned to them on two occasions and each time I was told that they managed to start the machine with only two pulls". All this time I was not able to start the machine with about 10 "pulls". I was informed by Deon that I should come in personally to show me how to start the machine. This after I had been starting the generator for the past eight years."
