Contacted them 3 times to try and get a quote as a new client, the first time the women on the phone didn't even bother logging the request, the second time she promised to contact my wife back immediately, never did. The third call and finally someone got back to us, only to be incredibly rude and tell my wife they can't do the job in 4 days which is pathetic. Contacted another alarm company and guess what...the alarm will be installed today still. Horrible horrible customer service from pps, obviously they are doing too well to take on new clients.

This is a good security company. They are always on call and drive out to your property to investigate any alarm. The monthly subscription is very reasonable as well. They also allow you to use an app to activate the alarm from anywhere.
