Really nice store to get aquarium equipment. They give you advice on the best products to use and they're not too expensive. They have a really nice variety of aquarium plants.

Fish are in excellent condition, staff is extremely helpful and passionate about the animals, and they are very knowledgeable about the animals they sell. Will definitely recommend this store to anyone with pets

Wonderful pet shop. I've been supporting them since 2009. They always go out of their way to help clients. They ordered a specific aquarium light for me that they didn't stock and even sent me a message once the light arrived.Their fish are also of amazing quality. I would definitely recommend them if you're interested in the aquarium hobby.

I noticed a Tarantula that was squashed between the lid and the container it was kept in. How even? it's a 4x4 cm transparent container ... spider was completely dried out at this point, when I showed it to the staff they laughed it off ...they obviously don't take their responsibility seriouslyIn Response to the owners comments on my review1) I don't know the EXACT measurement of the containers ... its a circle container with a radius of 2 cm :-D2) I thought it would be clear from my review that I informed the staff the tarantula is dead , which they removed - trying to discredit the actual events by saying no one remembered does not make it any less true.4x4 cm its a dimensional reading not a bakkie lol
