I took a chance and tried to go for a walk in appointment, they accommodated me and were extremely friendly - the lady who washed my hair was excellent - and so was Aurisha, the stylist. Excellent experience!

I am horrified and disgusted by the service I experienced, from the OWNER and the staff members who were extremely arrogant. I wasn't assisted or even given options, R3000 spent at the salon, Once they achieved getting my money they didn't care about customer service,Thats not how you run a business.

What an amazing experience from the fabulous service. Such a great hair wash, conditioner and message. Followed by the great hair cut.. Oh yes and the coffee was the cherries on top.

the products are great and I recommend Dia Richesse always for colour, but a some of the stylists are a bit rough and have hurt me multiple times. Lali is the best stylist.

Once and never again. I decided to cut my hair at Rolf Offerman hairplay La Lucia Mall. I have very thick hair. The supposed senior stylist, Lallie, cut my hair. She had another client booked after me who kept coming back and I felt she was in a rush. She also kept saying I have alot of hair. After the cut, I found my hair uneven. When I went to another salon and my hair was straightened properly, the cut was completely asymmetrical and I had to cut my hair again to rectify this. When I went to complain, the hair dresser, Lallie, was extremely arrogant. She said the cut is what I had asked for (not true), wouldn't admit to making a mess of my hair and if I came sooner she could have fixed it. I am actually a working professional who can't come in the next day when someone makes a mess of my hair. Worst part is, she charged me R555. I will never go back and encourage others to try Terry Scott. I recieved much better service here.

Friendly staff who assisted without an appointment, great wash & cut plus a complimentary coffee. Aurisha made me feel very comfortable!
