HORRIBLE SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF!!! BEEN SITTING WITH THREE MONTHS WASTE DUE TO THEM FAILING TO COLLECT. WHEN WE CALL THEM THE MAAGERS ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. EMAILS AREN'T REPLIED TO OR ANYTHING. THEY ALWAYS CLAIM TO ESCALATE YOUR MATTER BUT NOTHING COMES FROM IT. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WASTE REMOVAL COMPANY TO REMOVE YOUR WASTE DON'T BOTHER WITH AVERDA BECAUSE THEY WONT BOTHER SERVICING YOU!

Don't bother calling. No one picks up, and if by chance someone does you get unfriendly and poor service.The support line has much friendlier people who answer calls but even their hands are tied as they can't get through to their own ops teams. Honestly frustrating and very unprofessional. We have a skip full of waste standing for weeks without a replacement.

Our company has not had the dirt picked for over three weeks. No communication from Averda. When you call in they say they attending to the problem. We don't recommend you use Averda service. The call center agents are also useless, they just read off a script .

Absolutely Horrible Service! I had to phone several times to follow up on a query for the company I work with. Asked for a manager, they are always busy. Then there are promises of following up. I am still waiting for a call. You would think in a climate where recycling is more and more becoming important and people want to do their part, a company like this would grasp at the opportunity. No they don't care at all. Don't waste your time with them, they will not even bother picking up the phone.

Took over recently from previous service provider and has already missed two allotted days. First excuse was that they had just been awarded the contract. No reply as yet to second missed pick-up. In the meantime, bags put out have been torn open.

Drove behind one of their trucks for more than a kilometre, pieces of plastics and bottle tops were flying off the back of the truck. Myself and a few other drivers notified the truck driver and he just ignored our concerns. AVERDA causes more harm to the environment with the wasteful polluting attitude than anything
