We drove from Midrand to bumper repair to get a quote, all went well. Two weeks later and no quote received. I called up bumper repair to enquire about the quote on my car, they had no idea about anything pertaining to my car. I had to narrate the whole story to them and now take pictures and send to them to quote. Finally when I did get a quote, most of the repairs were left off the quote and I never got a amended quote. I was not impressed at all. Very bad service.

I could not even get to the entrance, the queue was just insane. They know they have a lot of clients, they need to create a system that attends to as many people as possible so as to minimise the queuing time.
