If there was no star, that would be my choice. No emotion toward my consultation, not caring as other people say. Waited more than 2 hours to see the doctor, as they do not do appointments although I did book an appointment with the medical aid app for this doctor. I will not be going there again.

Was initially impressed by this doctor and the service. however, going to retract my 5-star rating. Since November of 2022. I had approached the doctor to be added on our medical scheme network as our primary GP. Many phone calls and emails were sent between the doctor's room and the medical aid, each time a new excuse from the rooms, also each time they promised to provide me with feedback and never did. Absolutely disappointed with this low level of service.

My nane is Pst. Anthony Ganasen and Dr. Terence Govender is my doctor and a member of my church. For the past 7 years he attended to me when my kidneys relapsed and later wen i was diagnosed with AVN. He was able to dispense the correct medication and monitored and advised me on a regular basis .Dr. Govender is blessed with a wealth of knowledge wen it comes to medicine. He is also a man of integrity and humility and that is one of the reasons why he is most busiest practice in KZN. I would recommend Dr. Govender to anyone who is looking for a good doctor without reservations.

Very satisfied with the service from Dr Terence Govender.Very friendly, professional and charismatic.Good doc for everyone.If u suffer from anxiety this your doctor. U will be comfortable within the first few minutes of your consultation .Also the jabs do not hurt at all . Cant speak for different types of meds that may cause irritation. I am not a doctor just sharing my experience .Without a doubt best doctor i have seen so far.Not very often u find a good doctor .

My spouse had visited the doctor with issues of abdominal pains on the 18-11-21To this date 26-11-21 we have had no response with an update of admission to the hospital, where now she has complication of her kidney. Recently admitted for kidney failure. As said if there were no stars would be my preference as well.

Dr Govender has been really caring and professional from the time we were first diagnosed with Covid, and throughout the treatment period in last month. We were impressed with the thorough investigations done in order to not miss anything. Our only suggestion would be for the practice to implement an appointment system, considering we in the 20th century. The long waits during our visits between 1.5 to 3 hrs is extreme, especially when you ill. Walk-in's should be dealt with differently.
