During lockdown, your website suggests contacting two emails. I tried. And Tashja responded once and then gave me the flat ignore when I tried to follow up on an online order. Not cool. Poor customer service! I will buy my products elsewhere after this.. clearly you don’t value your customers..

After two fantastic experiences with Vape King, I can certainly recommend them to anyone who enjoys a great selection of Vaping Juices, accessories and equipment, with sales happening often and great deals almost constantly.With the first order, I was contacted and informed that they didn't have one of the juices I wanted. However, this was quickly rectified when they offered to upgrade to a larger juice for free, to accommodate the slight inconvenience.The second order was in fact, even better! After receiving the package, one of the juices had leaked out entirely, leaving me with an empty bottle. Fortunately though, after contacting them, they replied within the hour and told me that they would be happy to replace it with courtesy free shipping.This is the kind of service that every company in every industry should strive to achieve, and I now only shop for Vape Goodies through Vape King. (Being able to pay in BTC also helps with this decision.)Keep up the great service Vape King! And keep being a benchmark for other brands to strive towards!

I was at vape king Benoni on the 2nd of April and paid R140 I was later charged an honouring fee on the 4th of April another R140. I was charged with the same honouring fee a month before in March. I got into contact with vape king head office and spoke to Marlene. She had advised me that it was a problem with sure swipe and that I can go to my nearest vape king to collect the amount that I was charged for.I emailed her again to enquire and this honouring fee that went off again and she said there is nothing they can do about it and I must wait for the bank to sort it out.She then said that she has forwarded the information to the people responsible and said that it isn’t her problem. Marlene then asked: “are you struggling with money?” Which I am not but I don’t want to be spending more money on something I didn’t buy twice. This is extremely unprofessional. How do you keep staff that are this rude to customers that are just trying to enquire about a mistake made by vape king themselves?The staff at the individual branches are excellent. I just hope I will never have to deal with head office again.
