This serene place is aptly named. I come from a farming community and the first thing I mentioned to my wife on arrival , was this place reminded me of the farm I grew up in . This family owned property is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Animals here include pet dogs a cat , a pig cows , sheep , geese ,chickens wild birds and more. They have dams with bass , unfortunately for us, we didn't catch any .The 3 children of John and Katie Jo are hands on and very friendly and helpful.We were given free range to their lovely vegetable and herb garden as well.We are definitely coming back, this time with our 2 grandchildren.Wildlife includes buck and jackles.Nobody will ever regret coming here as a matter of fact visitors will return here for the love and peace this place has to offer.

Its was a great... peaceful and quite. New owners are making great efforts to improve the place. Would recommend for anyone looking to truly get away to some peace and quite. (Only reason it gets a 4 and not a 5 is because the hot water geyser was acting up which is a pain for me)

I really cannot rate this place, and the owner Lloyd, high enough. It has every amenity to ensure a comfortable stay and Lloyd really went out of his way to make it something special. A cozy piece of heaven.
