I've been here just once, to get my wife's toll card. The lady who helped me went way out of her way to do it. I was really impressed. Sorry I can't remember her name, but thanks a lot.

rti at this spot are terrible.. stop us and tell us don't move , proceeds to fine the car at the rear and mean while all the people trying to get through the toll are hooting going insane. We tried to move and the rti guy whistles at us and screams hey were you going ... almost 25mins waiting only to be told we may go.

Excellent service but it is reckless and dangerous to expect customers to cross the freeway into oncoming traffic to visit the Toll Plaza offices. One also have to pass through both toll gates to visit the office if one is comming from a southern direction, costing R64.00.no alternative route or compensation.
