Pamela was my nail technician. She did an excellent job and was also good natured. All the staff there were good natured. I enjoyed my experience and felt pampered.

Lerato aka Lee at Sorbet is the best nail technician I have ever had. So happy with my nails that I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely bad experience. Took myself and 2 other ladies for our nails. The therapists were rude and very rushed. Nails began to peel off the very next day. Nails also changed color. What a waste. We all won't go back there and will not recommend them to anyone.

Shockingly bad service, unfriendly and expensive for what you get. I wasted my time and money. I had a simple manicure with polish (not gel). Staff seemed tired and were quite unfriendly. Also, they seemed to use the same utensils on different people without cleaning. The nail polish I chose was not fresh, as the consistency was thick. There did not allow layers to dry before applying the next. The result was a smuggling, thick mess which still was not dry the next morning. I had to go back and show the ladies. They accused me of not waiting time enough for it to dry. Lady at the desk told me nail polish takes many, many hours to dry (15 hrs, really??) They offered to redo it. I chose a different color of the brand OPI this time and made sure it was not gone old as the previous one. Then a lady did my nails (base, two coats and top shine layer) in 7 minutes, rushing and not allowing the layers to dry. The top layer product was visibly sticky and thick (gone old) again. Result this time looked much better, so I went away. Writing this review 7 hrs after getting my nails done, and they still have not dryed and they are soft and smuggly. So much that it’s even on my fingerprints. Never seen anything like this before!I will now have to get it all off and paint my nails myself.AVOID!

I had the worst experience at this sorbet. I went for a soak off and a manicure.The lady that assisted me was very rushed and extremely rude. She soaked my fingers in boiling hot water (I am used to soak offs and that's definitely not what the temperature should be) she did not properly take off the glue from the previous acrylic and filed my nails so thin that it broke immediately after. I had then gone back, and she just told me I should wash my hands to get the glue off and didn't even try to get the glue off.Definitely would not recommend at all.

My daugters went for a manicure and pedicure. The one lady forgot to polish the the nails of one hand of my daughter!

Friendly staff, wide range of treatments at reasonable prices. Will return

Worst experience ever. Skin on my fingers have been peeling ever sinceLady was so rough on my cuticles i was bleeding in pain for a few days after. I'll never go there again.You pay too much for the treatment you get
