The renovations to my pool carried out by The Parks Pool unfortunately went pear shaped. Soon after completion the floor of the pool filled up with a thick layer of calcium. The staff were clearly not equipped to deal with this. I had to call out an expert with an industrial pump to vacuum this deposit out. The leaks I experienced before renovations were still there. This through the mosaic which were not patched. The crack which was in the shell has reappeared, this due to the probable imbalance of calcium to the the mix. The owner is unresponsive and uncooperative, so I contacted the NSPI who could not help me as The Parks Pools are not registered contractors. R30K down the drain!

I was looking after the neighbours pool, and could just not get it to be a sparkling blue colour. Johan send the team the same day, efficient and quick, they got the pool right. Many thanks for your help, I could not have done it without your great team.
